150k Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 150k platform. By registering for or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 150k platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services provided by 150k to users in Malaysia. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 150k platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the platform. 150k reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are announced will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. Use of the platform by anyone under the specified age limit is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of services on the 150k platform, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you agree to:

Provide accurate, true, current and complete information as required in the registration form.
Keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
Take full responsibility for the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account.
Notify 150k promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice. 150k is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

By using the 150k platform, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of regulations in force in Malaysia.
Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform's systems and infrastructure.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 150k.
Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that may harm the reputation of 150k or other users.
Sharing or selling your account credentials to any third party.
Engaging in any form of fraud, odds manipulation, or activities intended to deceive the platform's systems.

150k reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the 150k platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are legitimate and registered in their own name.

With regard to transactions, the following applies:

Deposits are generally processed instantly, depending on the payment method selected. 150k is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification and review process before being processed. Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected.
Any attempt to transfer funds through unauthorised methods or for the purpose of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to separately stated wagering (rollover) requirements. Withdrawal of bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirements is not permitted.

150k reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud or suspicious activity while the necessary investigation is carried out.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policies

The 150k platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continued availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. 150k shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Loss of data, service disruptions, or damages caused by factors beyond 150k's control, including technical failures, internet outages, or natural disasters.
Actions or content from third parties that are linked to or integrated with the platform.

Regarding account policies, 150k reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision within these Terms.
Recommendations by authorities or law enforcement bodies.
Account inactivity beyond the period specified by 150k.
Detection of fraudulent activity or system manipulation that is detrimental to the platform or other users.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, 150k reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance in the account pending investigation.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law

All content on the 150k platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 150k and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, reproduce, or modify any such content without prior written consent from 150k.

The 150k platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 150k does not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
